As an independent advisory and program management firm, we refrain from entering into general partnering agreements with technology product and service vendors. However, we do maintain non-contractual relationships with many hardware, software, solution implementation and technology deployment businesses. 

We are also a member of a Digital Orchestration Consortium. This is an organization that enables rapid, financially-efficient access to a large portfolio of leading digital solution developers and product vendors. The Consortium can be an attractive alternative to traditional solution acquisition models.

Finally, we have extensive experience in solution integrator and partner management. We are happy to fulfill our role through prime, co-prime or subcontractor structures. 

We are also happy to work with you to construct commercial arrangements that satisfy your requirements of authority, accountability, risk & issue management and other matters important to the delivery of programs on-time and on-budget.
