Today's leading digital capabilities are essential to Resiliency, and Resiliency is a key enabler of Business Continuity. 

A + F = R: Agility plus Flexibility enables Resiliency. 

The challenge is to determine which capabilities and implementation sequence provide the fastest and greatest value to the enterprise. 

In the Resiliency Roadmap Program, we work with your leaders from Operations, Business Continuity Planning, Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance to build a digital capabilities roadmap specifically to support Business Continuity, and IRM processes.

Together, we identify and confirm the gaps in data, information and decision capabilities that impede performance of business and supply chain operations. In particular, we also interlock with BC and IRM plans and their respective processes. 

Then, we assign those gaps and their respective data requirements to the appropriate category, A, F or R, aggregate them and map them to the technologies best suited (whether already available or needed) to make the data available and enable the process(es). 

We build a stage-gated capability roadmap to strengthen Agility, Flexibility, and ultimately enhance Resilience.  

This is a rapid, tightly-scoped, high value activity whose output is valuable to overall digital business transformation planning.
